Using Transactional Analysis and other integrative therapies where necessary, our sessions go beyond just talking about problems, we look at the underlying blueprint of how you view yourself and the world.

We will look at the coping mechanisms you built as a child. While they kept you safe then, they may be limiting now.


  • Reclaiming Your ‘Adult’ Space


We will work to quieten the harsh, critical internal voices (‘Parent’ ego state) and heal the anxious or hurt parts of you (‘Child’ ego state), allowing you to live from a grounded, confident, and present ‘Adult’ state.

You are not broken and everyone has the capacity for change. Together we will uncover your unconscious ‘life script’ and empower you to write new, healthier chapters moving forward.

  • How long are the sessions? 


Individual sessions last for 55 minutes and are typically held weekly at the same time, although there can be some flexibility.


  • Do you offer in-person or online therapy? 


I offer both in-person and online sessions at my practice in Cheadle, Stockport and online therapy for clients across the UK and oversees.


  • How many sessions will I need? 


This varies from person to person. I offer both short-term focused sessions (typically 6-12 weeks) and longer term deep psychotherapeutic work. We will review your progress regularly.
